1. Data Collection
At VorldX.IO, we collect minimal data necessary to operate our neural interface services. This includes input data (voice, text) processed in real-time, metadata (timestamps, origin), and account information. We prioritize data minimization principles.
2. Neural Processing
Our "Neural Core" processes unstructured data to extract structured insights. Unless you explicitly opt-in for model training, your specific data payloads are processed ephemerally and are not used to train our base foundation models.
3. Data Retention
Structured outputs are retained according to your workspace configuration settings. Raw input data (audio files, original text blobs) is deleted automatically after 30 days unless configured otherwise for specific audit compliance requirements.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers), strictly under comprehensive Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Terms of Service
Effective Month: February 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing VorldX.IO, you agree to these terms. If you represent an entity, you confirm you have legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Usage Rights
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform. You may not reverse engineer the Neural Core, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the output to train competing machine learning models.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the sensor for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or processing of prohibited sensitive data (such as PCI data) without specific Business Associate Agreements (BAA) or additional security configurations.
4. Limitation of Liability
VorldX.IO is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
